And, uh, how did you, how did you fix on that as a topic to focus your attention on?

So I was always interested in international environmental protection.

I used to want to work for these big environmental NGOs.

Um, and in the 19- 1992, uh, or 1993, there was a conference in Rio de Janeiro where they created three conventions, the convention on the climate change, biodiversity, and desertification, UNCCD.

And for some reason, the world has only focused on climate change as if no other issues, as if these two issues didn't exist.

Okay? Uh, so now we're experiencing a terribly hot summer here in, in the Czech Republic or all across Europe, and people are only talking about climate change as if no other problem existed.

But we also need to talk about biodiversity loss and restoration, and also about desertification and land degradation.

Do you see things that you do with your children that help to prepare them to become solutionaries themselves?
