So I'm curious how that worked out for you.

Yeah, it was actually a really interesting experience.

And to your point, I never thought about it that way.

So thank you for presenting it like that, because I really did.

It was kind of a startup within this much... you know, larger kind of legacy infrastructure, which to be fair was completely shifting and changing because a lot of why it worked was that streaming was becoming so important to CBS then, which it is now to Paramount.

And that too was evolving a business that we were all kind of working together to, I guess what I do now is how do we want to show up in three years and how do we all work together? kind of going in the same direction, because that's a lot easier than us all trying to go in different points on the map.

So that one was, again, I had a lot of support internally that this, it was instituted because Star Trek was such an important franchise and IP for CBS at the time that they got it back when Paramount and CBS had split prior to my joining CBS.

Over the course of your career, what is one of those favorite growth moments that you've had that has changed the way that you act as a leader?
