They're emotionally constipated.

They have all these suppressed emotions.

They have things that they haven't said, which fester, and they're angry, and they're resentful, and they have shame, and it's like they have not said that to anybody.

Then they wonder why their creativity is blocked.

Then they wonder why they feel tired.

Then they wonder why they're getting sick.

Yeah

For you, when you're speaking out loud, how do you move from rumination to getting to the core, to the self-care, to the curiosity?

Yeah, once again, it really boils down to the questions that I ask myself.

So if I find myself quietly ruminating...

I notice it, first of all, because I'm in my head.

It does not feel good.

I'm spiraling.

I can feel it in my body.

It feels like so- That was loaded.

Yes.

I, I had all these email addresses.

I was manually emailing people the next day to do calls with me.

Fast-forward, one of the women became my client, okay? Then fast-forward three years later, I get a voicemail from this client.

She's a producer on VH1, and she goes, "I remember how much you impacted me.

I was 28, by the way." And, and then so, so I'm, I'm now 31.

I get a voicemail from her, and she goes, "We would love to have you on the Basketball Wives reality show." I don't know if you remember Basketball Wives.

What one just like stem- like you're like, "That is the one that I really, like, that's a big one for me."
