There is no FDA approved treatment for ADEM.

And to be honest, ADEM is kind of a difficult disease category to study.

It probably is a syndrome that we are calling one disease, but there may be many different flavors of ADEM.

For example, we know that many kids with ADEM actually have underlying MOG antibody disease, but that's not always the case.

So I think it's important for us to keep in mind that these are disease categories that we invented to make diagnosis easier for us, but it doesn't mean they always are going to behave the same.
