I have, I have plenty of success stories.

Um, you know, I was over our employment department for the last five years, um, and employment is such an important part of independent living.

Um, so, you know, as many of them are, you know, it's always the first person that you work with that becomes, you know, a big part of, part of the job.

Um, so one of my first clients, um, was an individual with a visual impairment, um, and we went through, I mean, many, many interviews.

Um, and she wanted to work at a ballet studio, something around the dance area, and we just walked into one after two interviews that day, and I was like, "Let's just, let's just walk in, you know? What, what's the worst that can happen?" And they were hiring somebody to kind of help with the shop area and, um, you know, advocacy is a really big part of my job, so just advocated for her and was like, "This is something she can do, you know, with the support of a job coach.
