And I have this experience as well that you have your assumptions or your hypothesis of what you're seeing in the lesson and then you have to challenge it.

So it's also really good to just walk around in the lesson and then ask the students or the pupils like, what are you doing? Did you understand the instruction? Because then you can test your own assumptions as well.

the code the coaching group in cohort two was the coaches were basically spread too thin uh they had too many people to coach and so presumably um the quality of the interactions and personalization would have suffered whereas in cohort one they had less coaches um and so you could presumably deliver a higher quality or of training what do you think about either of those
