this beautiful craft, this appreciation for simple ingredients, you know, really well curated together and knowing how to combine them, knowing what to use, but also being creative in the way that you're kind of like, just use what there is around you.

You know, you open the fridge and you're able to put together like something that is not just a quick fix.

But every day, my grandmother, especially one of them, was just able to really transform food, these simple ingredients into something that would make your day just brighten up by just sitting at the table.

You know, this joyful moment that it's not just a functional, I'm just getting fed.

I'm actually having a moment of comfort of like just grounding and joy.

And, you know, like you're feeding the body, but you're also feeding the soul.
