I think, first of all, the kind of teams that I work with and the companies that I work with in deep tech space are academic teams.

And I am a former scientist.

I love science.

I read science.

it is natural for them to be passionate about what they're building from a science perspective, from an innovation perspective.

But as an investor, how do you know which of those companies is going to get there? How do you, when you're looking at the kind of growth stage, how do you pick the winners there?
