anyways he said this and also according to the president the presidency he says that the federal government is not the one that takes up all the 15.8 trillion that we said that out of the whole money about five trillion years about 5 trillion is what goes to the federal government and about 10.4 trillion goes to the state and local government so in light of this i think in as much as we are keeping the federal government accountable we must also keep the state and local governments accountable because um lagos states as an example had allocation of about 500 billion in one month i think in january that was And Lagos state has been worse and worse by the day.

But it goes down to say if the money was being used judiciously as well, kind of we'll see ourselves bump up on the poverty index as opposed to going dropping in the poverty index so why do you feel like there's a drop why are we experiencing a drop why are we supposed to be going forward one of us was beyond this index if i will put it that way i mean we're already here but how can we go up up the index or the ranking and what can nigeria do to take more people out of poverty and improve the living conditions
