Yeah.

Well, we were, um, we had access to that site anyway in the, and the landlord of that site, uh, was a Swannies man.

He was a Swannies supporter.

Obviously it's in the Swannies heartland up here in Sydney, the location.

Um, And we sort of wanted to do something for Adam after he retired.

We were looking to do something around the 2016, 2017 sort of time period.
