In terms of changing, adding lot lines, adding a new piece of property, subdividing in total, it starts off with the planning assistant.

We have a process known as a pre-application that individuals could take advantage of that allows us to take a pretty basic description of what someone wants to do.

And we broadcast it far and wide.

We broadcast it through the planning department, through Matsubara Public Works, through the legal team that we have there.

We can also broadcast it to state agencies and federal agencies that can gather up all of the information in terms of comments being made as to what the process could actually happen to be able for
