So my recommendations, before this person starts, I would go use a software called LastPass or any password manager.

LastPass is the one I refer everybody to.

And you can log in to all of the softwares that your virtual assistant needs access to, and then when you have their email, you plug in and add their email address to whatever software it is, and it sends them a code, so they securely log in.

You can remove their access anytime you need.
