So now how did it, how did you kind of process how last year ended, and how did you move on from, from that moment in Pittsburgh?

Uh, phew.

I would say the biggest thing that I did was ackno- like, just acknowledge and accept it and took a day or two.

Uh, and I would say from the, moving on from the kick itself was pretty easy, um, just 'cause I know, like, you gotta be ready for the next kick.

You gotta be able to put it behind you, and confident in the process, uh, that I've developed.

But I'd say the, the biggest part of moving on was just letting the people that I care about and the people that care about me know, like, "Hey, I'm good.

Uh, nothing's changed for me." I would still, uh, you know, I still feel confident in my abilities.
