So what are the main differences and how do we do each one?
19:09
Yeah, with bathing in hydrogen water, there's several ways to do that.
19:13
There's several ways not to do that.
19:16
To do the bathing, you want to make sure the concentration is high enough so you can even have benefits on the skin.
19:21
And so in that case, you want to be at least, you know, probably half a milligram of hydrogen per liter, right? You know, potentially even lower than that because it's directly onto the skin.
19:30
But I know people sometimes think of the intake like a little wand and put it into the bathtub and they'll get hydrogen gas in the water.
19:36
It's probably unlikely to have any benefits at all because the concentration is just too low.

Mm-hmm.

And
7:07
I was also able to get to know other top researchers in the field, especially those like involved in the mitochondria and who are also interested in looking at molecular hydrogen as a therapeutic selective antioxidant for the mitochondria.
7:23
And maybe just to talk about that a little bit, why it's so important.
7:27
We know that the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell.
7:31
It's like that produces all the ATP, the energy, like 90% of it.
7:35
It produces most of the energy.
7:37
And as we get older or through environmental toxins and a number of other problems, our mitochondria can... stop working as well, right? They become compromised or maybe we don't have as many of them.

What is your ideal? If you have the ability to wave a wand, what is your vision of the future of healthcare when it comes to root cause prevention or change, so to speak, when it comes to our future of healthcare, what do you think? What is your vision for that?
16:11
Mm-hmm.
16:12
But there's this whole research on hydrosomes and hydrogenases, and there's similarities to mitochondria, and that hydrogen gas seemed to be really key in forging the separation between your prokaryotes and your eukaryotes, or, like, your, uh, bacteria and your plant and animal cells.
16:31
But there's a lot of similar, uh, proteins that are also involved, and so hydrogen gas actually been involved this entire time.
16:39
And so going to your question, there are even these...
16:42
There are still some places to- today where there's hydrogen gas, like, in these waters, and so it's been proposed that maybe some of these waters that have had beneficial effects, if those are true, potentially is because of the dissolved-

Mm
29:25
... do the oxygen... people on oxygen use? It, it depends on every individual.
29:31
They have the same target.

7:11
Mm
7:12
...
7:12
but w- when I was talking to one of my, uh, professors, a, a, a biochemistry, uh, professor, um, he had printed that article off, and he, he handed...
7:20
And I went to his office, I, I went to his office all the time, we're always talking about different things, and he had printed that off, and he... 'cause he, he said, "You know, I was really thinking about this whole alkaline ionized water thing and, and in your write-up, you, you cited this paper," pulled it off and handed it to me, and he says, "You know, Tyler, I, I think there's something here."

Mm-hmm
77:17
... and a longer duration.
77:19
And what we found was we found improvements in triglycerides, in cholesterol levels, in the, the ratio, for example.
77:27
Um, we found decreases in some of the inflammatory markers and oxidative stress.
