Tell me about the niche of your YouTube channel and kind of like how you approach YouTube now and creating your videos.

Yeah, I mean, it's always changing, of course.

My niche is, like we talked about a little earlier, CAD and 3D printing.

And so I'm, you know, my persona that I think is in my audience mainly are older people that have 3D printing as a hobby, right? They've picked up the software, yet it's free in some way.

There's a paid version, of course, but A lot more of my audience is just doing this for fun.

They're making toys for their grandkids.

They just retired from Delta and they as a pilot and now they want to invent something.

What could they do in the next 30 days that you feel like would set them up for success?

You guys have been really intentional about making them safe, designed well, um, but fit, and fit for purpose for our community.

Yeah.

So, I mean, a lot of, uh, our design choices, uh, you know, community was first, and then this building was designed with cons- consultation with community members and stakeholders.

In FM, a lot of the buildings, the building is made first and then people move into it.

But, you know, everything was intentional and informed.

With the bathrooms, you know, uh, they were, uh, designed with that cons- consultation with community members, and it's was important, you know, to have that safe space.

And, uh, understanding that through, uh, intended design how safety is upkept.
