What are you seeing? Uh, i- is this something that's becoming, uh, more requested, more sought after in our marketplace?

Well, first of all, good morning, and I believe what you say, that the goal is always going to be homeownership for many people.

Now, that goal, as that goal line moves a little bit further, we're seeing that people have to find alternative solutions, and I still feel that Winnipeg, as far as a big city goes- There is still some value, and you can still own a home with the average house price in Winnipeg as of September 2026 being under $450,000, which is basically half of other big cities', uh, average house price across the country.

So it is still achievable to do it, maybe without the suite, but I think as we're seeing prices continuing to climb, that there are more people that are going to be looking for multi-generational living.

The other thing that some people are doing is not just maybe a suite in the basement or a suite upstairs.

Uh, some people do the ADU, which is something new that we're seeing a little bit of in some more established communities, more infill community, uh, say, like a River Heights, where you'll see, um, an accessory dwelling unit on the back of the home attached to, say, a garage or living space above a garage.

So there are certainly options available.
