I, um, you know, we... you and I talked about this.

I, uh, grew up in the firm, actually.

I've been here, uh, quite some time, 28 years, um, and, uh, did not grow up in the talent organization, did not grow up, uh, in the discipline of human resources.

I grew up in the business.

So RSM is a professional services firm.
