So it has big leaves, and it'll add a lot of organic matter 'cause it grows really quick.

So all of those are good for adding organic matter.

As I mentioned, the nitrogen fixers are the legumes.

Then if you wanna break up compacted soil, you'll use your root crops.

And again, most of us as gardeners, those are all good choices because they all have a purpose.

In managing your crops, as I said, you're not gonna wanna let them go to seed, but you do want to let them flower to about the point where they're half flowering.
