Yeah, well, I think kind of our willingness to work around the technology constraints.

Like you said, Liza, has led to so many different things, such as the relationships that we've continued to develop at Valley View.

And so I think that's kind of one of the, is the whole purpose of this project is to build inroads in facilities and communities so that researchers are very much in touch with the leadership and the staff of the facility to make it a regular working arrangement rather than just having it being very large scale and heavily technology based.

And I do think technology, you know, has a place, but I think also it needs to be relationship oriented.

And I think that's what we've learned, you know, through working with ValueView.

And I think that's what's going to continue to make this sustainable.
