lunch and learns that's available to our students and to come.

You know, if we see a student there, we try to reach out to them and shake their hand because just coming to the lunch and learn sometimes is mustering up some courage for them.

But just just getting involved with them at events like that.

And then.

We recently did a mentor-mentee program, and the student engagement on that was really high.

We had, I don't remember how many local architects interested, but we had so many students that each one paired about two students.
