all right
29:12
yeah i i don't know i'm trying to think about if there's you know somewhere jake bowers could slide in but i don't think he the performance in the world series to necessarily yeah no justify it um but again this is such a tough decision just because of you know how this team works right and how everybody's working together as one basically um i think willing ventures i think ashby is my number one i agree with that um you know he didn't give up a run not a single run like over 18 innings like Like, yeah, I'll take that any day of the week.
29:47
That is who I'd say is my MVP.
29:50
And I think, again, like I hate to just be agreeing with you here, but I think, yeah, I think William Contreras deserves that up top spot as well.
29:59
Calling games throughout the entire postseason.
30:02
We mentioned the ABS and how, you know, into what he was with his pitchers and how successful he was with challenges.
30:09
I think he was a big needle mover.

21 MINS LATER

50:43
Would you call that a dynasty?
33:58
First time in franchise history.
34:00
yeah for me like when we're looking at a game seven i almost don't even think about you know who the starting pitchers are going to be because both teams are throwing everything they got at you like they're going to be playing every single matchup or at least thinking about it like there's not going to be an app that goes by where they're not like oh well we could use this guy in the bullpen because you know this matchup that's just how it goes you're going to be playing at a 200 of your capacity everybody's going to be ready ready and rolling But again, I think the Brewers have had more timely hitting in this postseason.
34:34
I think they have had a more complete lineup.
34:37
And I think their bullpen as well has just been absolutely incredible.
34:40
We talk about how bad the Dodgers hitting was in that championship series.
34:44
But I don't know if that translates into enough credit for how amazing that bullpen and starting pitching was for them.
34:50
The ability to shut down a lineup like that.
39:42
And for it to go seven games and misses coming out of the bullpen and all that, I just think all the drama, the way these teams play baseball, I think we're really shaping up for a great World Series.
30:54
Yeah
30:54
...
30:54
the course of those negotiations.
30:56
Um, but when it comes to Scoobel, I mean, I don't know how much leverage the players really have right now to not sign early.
31:04
Like, as of right now, there is no salary cap in place.
31:06
Say that does end up happening, those players aren't gonna be commanding nearly as much money as they could if they sign early, and they might be pushed-

8 MINS LATER

38:45
Nope.
38:45
Again, the ball's moving around the field a lot.
6:26
And Jose Ramirez really came alive.
6:28
Yeah, and I mean, you know what? The White Sox will be back.
6:31
They have one of the better young cores in baseball, and they have Miguel Vargas and Murakami leading the charge on the offense.
6:37
They will be back, and this is probably just the first year in a saga for them where they're going to have some success after a stretch of really, really bad seasons.
6:47
So it sucks that they're out this year, but I have no... doubt in my mind that they will be back and competitive for a couple at least a few more years to come but yeah the Guardians the bullpen looked great Gavin Williams was able to really show his strikeout stuff in his couple starts and yeah like that's why I'm so excited about this ALCS is because the Guardians and Rays play a very similar style of baseball at least offensively where it's a lot of slappy hitting they're gonna make a lot of they're gonna have a lot of contact and and neither of the two teams hit a ton of home runs.
7:25
We do have some big power hitters on both teams, but, man, that is going to be such an electric series, I think.
7:32
And for two teams who, you know, outside of the playoffs, you never really see their stadiums that full, and especially for the White Sox.

9 MINS LATER

16:33
Again, I don't see how you don't give the advantage to the Dodgers in terms of bullpen.
7:57
Like why was Hoffman picking off there?
7:59
So I didn't see like a whole lot of it leading up to the play.
8:03
I saw the play happen in real time, but like leading up to that, I'm not 100% sure.
8:08
I know the batter before that had hit a pretty deep fly ball to center.
8:15
Varsha tried to make a leaping catch of the wall for it, but it just kind of ricocheted off.
8:19
So he got into third for a triple.
8:22
There was either one or two outs.

19 MINS LATER

27:50
So do you have any idea for me, like any hope, anything? Because I genuinely don't know what to say for Vlad right now.
