Thinking about this the other day, because I was asked by another buyer the other day exactly the same question, and I'm probably torn between the views that I just mentioned and also the backyard.

The current owners, Angus and Sophie, have built the property or renovated the property In such a way that the family, when they all come together, they can just obviously relax, don't have to go anywhere.

And that backyard, the way that the kitchen, living areas, the outdoor entertaining area outside flows out into the backyard with the pool, the cubby house, the trampoline.

It really is just one of those homes that families can just soak up and enjoy.

But, I mean, when you walk in as well, of course, it's been renovated, as you said, but it's got a real sort of newish feel about it, hasn't it?
