How did this come to be?

My family has been in food manufacturing and baking 60 years.

My father, Tim Brown, started out as a route salesman for Wonder Bread Continental Baking in the early 60s in Buffalo, New York.

He was actually in school to be a pharmacist, but fell in love, got married, had a baby and had to get a job.

So he started working for Wonder Bread.

In 1996, he took an early retirement from Wonder Bread and he purchased two McDonald's bakeries.

He was the minority equity partner as a start, had 10% ownership.
