It's possible, but if Cornell were i- were leaking it, I think we'd have somewhat more of a fair and balanced presentation by ABC, since they didn't throw all seven guys off campus.

In any event, uh, it, the whole thing feels like trial by media, and we all know how that usually ends.

And th- they're leaving out again the, a- also the important point that there was a reason why this case didn't proceed to, you know, a, a criminal case, uh, i- in the very beginning because of the statements of, of Jane Doe at the time.

We need to go farther.

We need to do- find some way that we can punish, uh, people in situations where they haven't committed a crime.

Um, and, uh, you know, th- this is already one way, by the way, the, the sort of trial by media.

That's already enough to, I mean, to, to destroy someone's life.
