We're really excited about our new strategic plan.

The board approved it last month and will implement it officially in July.

It really is a vision for the next five years of laying out what we hope to accomplish.

I want to say thanks to the board and to all the stakeholders who really gave some meaningful input on that.

You know, there's a big document, there's a lot of things in there, but I'd really kind of summarize it down to making sure our students continue to grow academically, making sure they have those non-academic supports that we have, making sure that our educators are the best educators they can be, that they're engaged, that they're well-trained, And then just making sure that our parents are engaged.
