But what makes a good coach for you and what examples do you have of what good coaches you work with?

I would say a good coach for me, and I got a really good example when I was about 15 at Lillashaw.

It's about duty of care, and it's about getting to know Johnny, you know, is the phrase.

Know Johnny, know about him.

I got suspended from school.

Went to a school about 10 miles away from Lillashaw, a normal comprehensive school.

Got into a fight, got suspended from school.

having a coach that gives players confidence that's valued enough or seen enough and sometimes we're giving information you've got to change this you've got to do that and a player's going oh am i not good enough for you now and i think you lose them sometimes like that i think that simple relationship taking that weekend taking that time is massively underestimated now from a lot of coaches i don't know if you agree with that or not
