Do you work with FHA? Are those part of the loan? So when you package a loan, does that get backed by FHA? Is that how that works?

You know, they're four... what people hear every day when they buy a house, right? There's four programs.

There's conventional, there's FHA, VA, USDA, right? In order to build an ADU on your property, if you're going to use one of those four programs that people primarily use to build or buy a home, you have to use a program within those.

So if you're going conventional, it's going to be home style, renovation loan, or choice.

So that's just not to get super in-depth there, but that's depending on if you're going Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.

And then there's FHA, which is the 203k renovation.
