How do I pick the first one?
27:57
Yeah.
27:57
Great question.
27:58
I think the broad landscape of AI applications [chuckles] nowadays is so overwhelming.
28:04
If you're like, "Well, it could, you know, start off with just reading my emails and help me triage, or it could help just, you know, give me a daily update of what's on my calendar." And those are, you know, I think great, easy, you know, dipping your toes in, starting places just to connect into your tools.
28:18
If you're using a Claude or a ChatGPT, just get some things integrated so you can feel like, "Okay, I can see how this can make it easier for me." But then when it comes to real workflows and really app-f- finding those applications for your business that are gonna, you know, really move the needle and save, you know, three to five hours of your, your time each week or, you know, remove the need to have someone copying and pasting into a tool like I, I mentioned for email, I think those are the real needle movers, and, and finding those is sometimes a little trickier if you are too much in the bottle with not knowing what's actually possible, which is where even just, you know, learning about what AI can do now with, you know, some of the tools that you're using, and that's where I've, I've been finding, you know, things like this client who reached out about, you know, GHL and fixing that and connecting it to, to AI and learning some of the nuances of, like, oh, well, the pre-made connectors for t- some tools don't actually allow you to do all the same features versus if you do a custom one.
29:08
Like, there's a lot of nuance sometimes to really finding the biggest lift and what's possible.

10 MINS LATER

38:47
Automate the reversible, verify the consequential, right? So but I'm curious, where's the line for you? Something you'd happily let AI run start to finish and something you'd never let it send out without your eyes on it.
20:54
So how are you seeing it changing now with AI?
20:58
Yeah, great question.
20:59
I mean, AI's touching everything as we know, especially in marketing.
21:02
Um, even as we talk about segmentation strategy and knowing that, you know, you've got these different buckets on your list even to, to build out the whole, you know, sales flow and the, the Miro boards that we use to manually, you know, you could really build that picture, help you draft the vision, and laying out the different, you know, research points you have on the different people, on their user journeys, on their customer journeys.
21:22
And then you could really help, you know, lay out those drafts for all of them and, and have that opportunity to, you know, shift the way that you're communicating without having to be in there manually writing every single email, thinking in the head space like I was used to, being like, "Okay, this is, you know, for, for user A, this is for customer B." Like we're trying to write these segmented messages to reach everyone at the right time.
21:43
And now you can really just build those personas, build those avatars, and then know that each time you're gonna hit them with the right language, have those sort of pieces saved in inside of the, uh, the AI, AI process.
21:53
Um, and it just gives you more opportunity to segment more easily without having as many resources involved to, to write the perfect messages-
24:59
Like when you look at a business, what's, where do you see that happening?
