I am currently residing in Ohio.

I'm a multifamily real estate investor and I've been doing this for coming up on seven years.

I'm in my sixth year of investing and we have 85 multifamily units spread out across 17 buildings in two different states, North Carolina and Ohio.

We're divesting of all of our stuff in North Carolina.

I have a partner on one four unit building.

We're selling that.

and just going to focus primarily here on Ohio.

And so I'm just curious as to why you're choosing to do everything yourself and not being able to do partners and how you feel about going further with partners and without partners.
