So how much of that is just a bounce back from the base and how much of it is genuine growth?
19:06
Yeah, I guess I would say the mix is a bit different in terms of the type of work that's coming through.
19:16
Yeah, 4% drop was the biggest drop in six years.
19:19
It's back to pre kind of around COVID numbers before we saw those kind of drops.
19:25
4% increase, very decent activity has bolstered across areas that we didn't expect it to happen.
19:34
So areas like Energy and mining, big, big growth across those two areas, big, big growth across kind of the the industrial and manufacturing spaces as well.
19:49
Finance, senior finance particularly doing very well.
20:33
So those jobs, and I'm going to focus on the UAE, are they postponed decisions from last quarter or are they actually brand new jobs that are being created and being put out there? Yeah.
14:57
Who's not?
14:58
Who's not? Um, we're looking at PMI data, obviously.
15:02
It's very important.
15:03
It's a very strong reflection of where we are.
15:05
We're looking at GDP forecast data at government and international level.
15:09
So, so there, I guess the, the usuals, uh, the, the, the economics from the big banks or EMBD particularly in terms of what they're projecting, and we're listening to our clients.
15:19
Um, our clients, there's a bit of fatigue entering into the market, where we expected this to be a week thing, a month thing, a quarter thing, and there's just a bit of fatigue.
16:38
Jobs that you already had open coming into this conflict, what's happened to them?
0:54
Can you tell us a little bit about Emma and what she was like as a person, as a wife?
1:03
Yeah, I can, of course, Alan.
1:06
I suppose the reason we're here talking about this is the fact that Emma unfortunately had breast cancer for a number of years and the battle to survive unfortunately ended January 25 of last year so we're picking up the pieces since and I was thinking when she had passed I was saying to myself is there any kind of a challenge I could do in our memory that would be a big challenge, but it would also connect with something that I love in life myself.
1:42
And I decided I'd take up the undertaking of maybe paddling down the Shannon River.
1:49
We did have a holiday there last year, sorry, the year before, where we had three days on a river cruise boat.
1:56
And it was kind of one of the last happy memories we had as a family.
2:01
Just myself and Emma and the three kids, we rented a boat from Banneher in Offaly up to Loch Ree in, sorry, Loch Allen up as far as Hudson Bay and back down again to Banneher over the course of three days.
4:07
And, you know, Trevor, when someone is dealing with that, situation and you know stage four metastatic triple negative breast cancer you're talking about the three day cruise you all took on the Shannon to be able to put all of that to one side to live in the moment and you know soak up those special memories I suppose put a happy face on it as much as is possible shows incredible courage and we'll get to the huge challenge you're going to undertake there may be difficult moments along the way but I am sure if and when you face those you'll think of the courage emma showed on her journey and that'll get you through
