So to get started, what I'm going to do is just tee you off, Travis, to share a little bit about your background, how you got into the industry, and maybe even know a little bit about what SmackNet is and what you guys do.

Yeah.

Well, I guess I'll start with myself.

I am a recovering, what would I call myself, computer scientist.

I did full stack software development for several years and And then 12 years ago or so now, there was kind of one of those things that how the industry works, it's sometimes more about who you know.

But a former high school classmate reached out to me and said her husband was looking for this database person for their construction company.

um and i've always kind of had a philosophy it's like it never hurts to listen um so i sat down and ended up interviewing with my eventual boss jeff knopp and then the president of the helm group brian helm so took this job um kind of right at the beginning when we started uh starting to hear the term construction technologist being coined right so that was kind of the beginning of that that whole push especially for the trade side i think The G, some of the bigger companies had those already.

Could you talk a little bit about some of the bigger challenges that you're facing with Smacna and maybe how you're, you know, how you're facing those?
