Yeah.

So you're talking about communication on things to touch on that.

We would meet whenever the days felt right.

to see things for what they are, but also be open to taking on whatever else may be part of their world to help them as a whole, not just like in that moment, I guess is kind of what I've taken from it.

What impact did that trip have on them? And if they were able to tell you, what about the impact it had on the people who hosted them?

Well, first, it gave them an incredible opportunity to travel internationally and be hosted by the Chinese, some form of the Chinese government where they had special...

They had all the tourist things like going to the Great Wall that you might imagine.

But then they did exhibitions and visits to local colleges and met with local teams there and had friendly matches between them.

So it was they talked about how the sport transcended the language barrier.

You could get on the court and still play together, even though you couldn't speak the same language, that the sport transcended that.

I also want to rewind real quick.

Maybe you could just briefly take us through how they went through that process to form the team and then basically say to someone, we need a coach and here's who we want as the coach.

So what's, what's one lesson that y'all have learned the hard way? Um,

I think it was just a lesson in general when I first started still my probationary year at the PASS department I was at.

Just sitting there.

There was about 15 of us in the bay.

There was three different stations there at that time.

And somebody was explaining something to me.

And I think just out of a bad habit, very quickly I said, yeah, I know.
