So do you kind of have to decide, like, all right, Daylon's going to be good on this bull and, you know, Joe's going to be good on this bull? Yes.
91:14
And that's like – so we get – I mean, you can see all the bulls that will be at the event, but we have, like, for Friday night, we've got five bulls that's assigned to our team.
91:23
and then we go through and set the guys to whichever bull and and that's exactly right you're matching it up to what you feel like will be your best your highest percentage of a qualified ride there um the tricky thing is is that you're trying to game plan against an animal right you know what i mean it's very tough so for us like for me as a coach and i can't speak for everybody else but the way i look at it is i want the guys right whatever right they can if the bull all the video we see and we do get to have a lot of video of the bulls on previous outs But if everything we see indicates he takes one jump and goes left, well, I want our guy, whoever's getting on him, to be mentally prepared and physically able to handle it if he takes one jump, looks left, but then goes right.
92:16
Because there's a thousand different things that can affect that bull and take him out of what he's comfortable doing.
92:21
If the ground's a little deeper, if it gives way, if he sees something, if he sees something over here, if the guy beats him to the punch and he feels weight shift there, he's going to move away from it.
92:29
So there's a lot of little nuance in there.
92:31
Yeah.

6 MINS LATER

99:00
You know
13:48
[laughs]
13:48
All right.
13:49
[laughs] That's a good way to do that.
13:52
Uh, Justin, tell me, tell us why we need to come this weekend.
13:55
I, we're gonna come Saturday.
13:56
Tell us why, if you've never been, you should come because I'm telling you it, it's, it's the time of your life.
14:02
Yeah, it, look, it really is, and, um, I mean, I'll brag on our team towards the end of this pitch, but like it is one of the most exciting things you're gonna ever get to witness.
15:08
Sure
7:07
It should be based on really where you are as an investor.
7:09
Completely nailed it.
7:10
With any investment, there is risk.
7:13
With commercial property, there's maybe even more risk, especially if you're going to a lower price point.
7:17
If you're buying like a rural retail in middle of Queensland, a tenant moves out, it could be two, three years before someone else moves in there as well.
7:26
That's one of the big things with commercial, longer vacancy rates.
7:29
And then secondly, bigger deposit amounts to be able to get into commercial property.

10 MINS LATER

17:03
If you do have a family, and if you want to create that security, then that's the decision you need to make on that ground, I think.
4:54
What does that really look like?
4:56
Yeah, first, I think it's asking yourself why it's really understand why you're looking to invest and obviously start to reverse engineer it from there.
5:02
Obviously, you've got two different profiles there.
5:04
One is a high net worth individual, their opportunity, I guess potential can be a lot different to somebody on a lower income, but their why can still be quite similar.
5:13
The why for most people is to replace their income, how we can do it.
5:17
can be quite different somebody might want to be a lot more aggressive if they haven't got the means to be able to jump straight into bigger investments whereas other people can be a little bit more conservative and obviously invest knowing they've got a lot more behind them i think for most people it's replacing their income it's how do we do that i think We really got to understand the strategies focusing on wealth creation before cash flow.
5:37
We really need to be able to buy in the right areas at the right time, get the growth, redraw the equity, get into the next property over and over.

6 MINS LATER

12:02
And if people can see that it's a tool to get you away from the rat race and that's what they really want to do, then I think that's the new mindset that needs to be adopted, I think.
25:51
Well, the last point where I want to be dialing myself down on there is when it's the most efficient, right? So I want the flexibility to do that.
25:58
Yeah.
25:59
And yeah, I think you hit the nail on the head.
26:01
But, you know, so what is that off ramp and what does that kind of look like? Well, in the managed money environment, you know, advisors will say, hey, well, you know, we're going to utilize the 4% safe withdrawal rate, right? What does that mean? Well, that means as long as you don't withdraw more than 4% of your portfolio a year, then that portfolio should be able to withstand the ups and downs of the market and not run out prior to you dying and leave you without anything while you're still alive.
26:38
It's an imperfect Benchmark though and you know, so why you know one it's not fully guaranteed.
26:45
It's dependent on on you know, the markets the markets, you know playing nice here and I'd like wanted to show you a quick little sequence of return risk, but the biggest problem here is sequence of return risk and asset depletion while you're still alive, right? So again, you know 4% safe withdrawal rate.
27:06
It should work so that you don't run out of money, but sequence of return risk is basically a risk that says it, you know, the order of returns in any given period, you know, matters more than, you know, how much you're withdrawing and kind of what do I mean here? If we look back, you know, at let's go, you know, 19, 75 to, you know, a 30 year period here.

11 MINS LATER

38:59
And so look at everything from the trade-off lens, not just what you're, what you're told to focus on with the trade-offs here.
