But go ahead and help us understand, first of all, what is landlocked to you? Yeah,

so what I would explain to people is whether you're driving a road or you're looking at Google Maps, you're looking at a map, kind of looking down like that dollhouse view.

you're going to see parcels of vacant land that have physical road access.

That could be a beautiful paved road.

That could be just a county gravel road.

Or sometimes when we're even looking at a map, we can see that there's like legal roads.

Roads have been drawn, but those roads don't actually exist if we were to try to go drive them, right? They've just been kind of plotted on paper.

And speaking about neighbors, then, you know, why is taking a step back? Why is it that we need to talk to the neighbors? What are we trying to get here accomplished with the neighbors?

Was there any other lists or factions that were in your mind for what you could do to accomplish your goals?

Uh, so I, I had originally, we were, when we were talking about lists that we were all going to take as a team, we had mentioned that Bully Boys lists looked like a lot of fun, so I took the task and started playing a little bit.

Um, it just wasn't doing the things that I want...

I just felt like I didn't have enough units.

Now, that is funny considering what I ended up on probably has numerically less.

But, uh, I just wasn't able to take up the space I wanted to take up as a Take and Hold army.

So I ended up on Green Tide.

All right, pivoting back to you, Travis, uh, your ga- your game on Take and Hold, uh, how much thought did you put in, or prep did you put into your disposition and making sure your list was fit for purpose?

And like, what if you miss one of the rocks? Like, that, that really bugs me.

The funny thing is, yeah, when we, we fund, right, for some reason, you, you give yourself a little more leeway in your own business.

But when you're underwriting, like in the funding business, yeah, we're, we're like to talk to like three agents, even if we obviously can only use one, but right, we're kinda looking for some alignment with what they're telling us.

But yeah, when we're-- we wanna support that there's demand and ideally if somebody can walk it.

Um, so that's the things where it's like, yeah, you know, there, there's a lot of stuff, right? We can optimize research.

We can optimize operations with like AI and all these things.

But like at the end of the day, like some of the, the, the biggest money is these things that aren't, that AI and tech aren't gonna touch, right? Like talking to a local agent on the phone.

Is that ever the correct answer or is there always a, "No, no, no, there's something you can do"?
