Yeah.

When I joined the company, I was the second full-time employee.

And we were really just like many small companies trying to figure out moving from being like a solopreneur to... operating as an actual company uh and doing it while we were fortunately going through a lot of growth uh we managed to make the inc 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in the us and like all of these are great things but it can cause a bit of chaos and turmoil because so much is changing at the same time.

But what really made me so proud throughout that was not only did we make the list of fastest growing private companies, but we also made Inc's list of best places to work in the U S uh, yeah.

So like we managed to not just scale the business, but also just make it a good place to, to work.

Um, you know, we, we, we did that by looking at What do we do? What do we value? What do we try to deliver for our audience? And how can we also deliver that for people within our company? you know, one of our core values is to help connect dreams with reality.
