What would you say changes as an organization grows that makes governance more necessary? Is there a specific example, just beyond merely getting bigger, that you would point to that indicates that governance becomes necessary?

I would say specifically you start to see, as I said before, things break.

ACV goes down, win rates go down.

And I'm talking more on the revenue side.

So let's not talk about implementation is completely different.

But on the revenue side, you start to see, and this is what I typically hear more than anything, is we need more leads.

And that they know that.
