Yeah.

So I've been really fortunate that my business has built itself really organically.

Um, I found myself in a period of transition during COVID and, you know, the first thing I did was start working my network, which is, um, primarily, you know, really smart women who are in the nonprofit field in my state.

And, um, in those conversations I was sort of open to lots of possibilities, and they started talking about, "Well, while you're looking, could you help us with X or Y?" And I, after about the third one I thought, "Hmm, there's something here." Um, and the projects themselves were drastically different, but what, what was the common theme was this sort of leaning in and, you know, they knew me, so it wasn't, it wasn't starting from scratch.

But, but I could see that it was, you know, that it was that piece speaking to them about the fact that I understood and could help.

Um, and so I, I tried to be kind of clear in my vision upfront about what this could be, um, but also very flexible about what their needs were and how I could help.

Yeah.
