What is maybe a story you could share of a company you went into and a challenge you saw and how they were able to change that culture or that problem?

Yeah.

So so I don't talk about my active clients and generally and I have many active clients that have had been active for a while, but I'll share some things that are our past or and If you had like three hours, I could tell you all the HR horror stories.

But I'll give you an example that happened in my corporate life where we did several acquisitions.

And sometimes acquisitions, I was at a company before where the acquisition had gone very badly.

And years later, we were still trying to fix it.

I came in and with the CEO, we over time did fix it.
