They, uh, you know, they'll either blame it on the federal government or, um, or, or they'll say we need solar, and those are just, uh, just, just the wrong way to look about it.

Not saying that the federal government doesn't have an effect on our energy bill, but the federal government's going to have equal effects on all 50 states' energy bills.

And the way Connecticut stands out is, is that we are actually higher than all of our neighbors.

And what makes our bill higher than our neighbors is that we have a lot of policies in place that, um, are extra taxes on, on rate payers.
