Uh, me and Christine, we have both managed brokers, I mean brokerages, firms, broker of record, you know, and there's a lot of, there's a lot of duties to that, and a lot of people don't realize how stressful, how...

I mean, they don't understand the basics of being actual broker of record, okay? You know, you've got P&Ls, you've got recruiting, you have retention, you've got training, you've got compliance, and what I noticed is in a lot of firms, compliance was lacking.

And with me being in that position, that was my favorite thing.

I mean, I'm the dork of the, you know, of the brokerage community, I guess, because that's what I like to do, and I'm really good at it.
