And when you consult people, when you talk to them w- about business and setting up the right systems and processes to make that dream continue, what do you find yourself really starting with in making sure that they're gonna be set up for success?

Yeah.

The w- a good interview is, "What'd you do before this? Tell me a little bit about your background." And you're looking for things that are similar in discipline.

Like, if you're gonna be the leader, and you're gonna be on the banknote, y- you-- discipline is the, A, number one, uh, personality trait we're looking for.

And if I'm wavering on whether they have either the education or the experience, I will invite 'em into the office, and we'll sit in my conference room with a whiteboard for a day.

And if I don't talk 'em out of it, you know, like, there's one price for one day of consulting, or there's a block of 40 hours.

If they decide to move forward, they can hire me, and I'll, I'll do the project with them, and they, and they, so they pay for 40 hours.

Yeah.
