So, you know, I think my upbringing is almost talking about it is quite strange because it happened to me.

But when I think about it, when I talk about it, it's almost like someone from the outside looking in.

For me, I did go through a lot of trauma.

OK, so I had an upbringing that was laced with poverty and violence and, you know, the people around me with drug use.

But then it's about how do we make them accessible? And it's not about forcing it on someone or as I said earlier sort of fixing it for people or rescuing them but it's about we've spoken to some other people on this podcast I'm thinking of the work that Chris Herbert does in Fit for Life Youth in London it's giving them the opportunity and it's sort of supporting and mentoring them through that and And it's a fine, delicate balance, isn't it, to make those opportunities and resources available and support people through it and stand with them and show kindness without rescuing, fixing or someone.
