So I was, like, speaking to my friends and they were like, "Yeah, actually you're right.

We can maybe do with learning about this." And then I was like, "Wow." And then as you more get involved in the family business, you realize there's more expectations of you to, like, learn bookkeeping or the tractor audit.

And I was like, "Well, where do you learn? Like, who, who, who tells you how to do these things?" So that's where, that, it was probably born out of frustration that I went to my friends.

They were like, "Well, actually we could do with that.

I could understand, I want to understand about VAT returns." And I was like, "Right.

Is there anything that's happened within the network that's made you think, "This is exactly why I started it," Tracey?

So what kind of things are you telling them?

So, yeah, it, it, it's very much led by the women that come along to the meetings.

They will tell us what they want.

I'm not there to dictate, you know, say, "We'll have this type of meeting," because historically, way back, this network did exist before COVID, and it was very much born out of frustration from me that I married into farming.

I was a farmer, but I married into it, and there's this expectation of what you should do and can do.

And I was like, "Okay, I'll do the cow freeing, but I'll do a bit of bookkeeping.

I'll do a bit of this." You had to, like, be a jack of all trades, master of none.

And are there a lot of women coming into the industry? Is there a, an appetite for this?
