What I think is really interesting about AI is that it, we're seeing in more and more published studies that people are using AI as the introspective tool, but now there is a system that's part of it.

Instead of you having a conversation with yourself or someone in your life or pretending to have a conversation with a role model, right? Like, what would insert person do? You're interacting with an LLM that actually in a lot of cases is primed to have your information as context, right? So it's not necessarily the worst introspection tool at all, um, but it is very different than us having that mental back and forth and assessment, I think, because the assessment could potentially come from that LLM.
