Tony, talk a little bit about how your organization approaches advocacy and what you're focusing on.

Yeah, so advocacy starts with listening.

And before we ask anyone to support tourism, we invest time with neighborhoods, nonprofits, business districts, chambers of commerce, community groups, and just to understand what matters to them.

In fact, we convene coffee chat roundtables, what we call them.

We bring all the festival organizations together because we're the city of festivals.

We bring the chambers together, the affinity chambers, along with the major chambers and the nonprofits.

We recently hosted a community chat with nonprofits to find ways that we can better serve them and that they can also serve us in mutual support.
