Like what's your favorite memory is as an open championship.
8:23
Because I knew this question was coming, James, I wrote down basically every year a memory from every year from either watching it on TV or being at the Open in person.
8:37
So if you don't mind, I'll just go through the list.
8:40
Go for it.
8:43
The first Open I can actually remember, and this was pure luck, was 1977, you know, the jewel in the sun between Watson and Nicholas.
8:55
I was six years old, so it's not as if I had any idea what was going on, but I remember I do remember certain things.
9:06
I remember Watson's second shot to the 18th.

3:58
I felt I needed to do that for them, but it wasn't something that...
4:04
And, you know, I mean, to say all that is wrong because there are some fantastically interesting conversations going on on Twitter that I enjoy being part of.

I know you weren't planning on going this direction [laughs], but here we are.
4:56
I was, I started work for Four Magazine in a town called Peterborough, an hour north of London, in 1997.
5:04
I'd been around the world for a year, but I just don't...
5:08
L- like a lot of English kids, I, I went on a solo round-the-world trip for a year between high school and, and university.
5:16
And I'd taken my golf clubs and I played, I played some amazing courses and had s- um, just had, had some amazing stories and amazing memories.
5:24
And I'd sent these memories back.
5:26
I wrote out these...
6:37
And, and what pulled you into writing about golf history?
