I travel as a consultant for FIFA and I work with the Talent Development Scheme as part of, I help to develop part of the curriculum, i.e. the first part of training is on what we use is called technical activation.

I go to various countries with the MAs and try to help them to develop and to deliver that part of the training as best practice.

And on those trips, we do quite a lot of filming as well.

Yeah, well, this is the area that I've really become, what I would say, obsessed with.

And I was obsessed with that at Arsenal as well because over a period of years, we negated just about everything before using the ball on the field.

Players would do the individual prep inside, obviously.

The players don't just get out of bed, come on the pitch and start using the ball.
