I mean, there's an $8,000 swing and break it down.
20:04
Yeah, so dealerships are always trained to start at the ceiling, right? That's what they are because you don't get what you don't ask for, right? You can't ever, you're trained in the dealership, you can't ever go up in price, you can always go down.
20:16
So once you have somebody in store, there's enough control that i should be able to ask you for anything and even if you freak out and get mad i should be able to convert you and get you back and that's that's essentially what happened here you know dealership started with the moon and back they asked for exactly what they're doing which is what we call first pencil the first time you offer somebody um and in reality the first pencil is built to actually get a no if you actually get a yes on the first pencil in the dealership world that's considered a failure it means you left money on the table because you could have asked for more so dealerships are expecting you to say no to that first pencil.
20:50
It's how it's built out.
20:52
But with this particular one, the dealership went for everything in the moon and back.
20:56
They went for every add-on, every fee.
20:58
But on this particular car, the market was 10% below MSRP on a $40,000 car that's $4,000 off.
