Yes.

I mean, I've been doing this specifically learning new skills on a fairly consistent basis for about two and a half years now.

And I think...

I think a big thing I've realized is that before doing this, even if I didn't want to believe it, I was a little bit subscribed to the whole idea of a fixed mindset in at least a couple of areas of my life.

But now I see it in every aspect of my life.
