People literally are spending more time on their phones than they are asleep.

Now, the question is, is that healthy? Is that really what we should do and what God wants us to do.

So self-control is a huge issue.

What we don't understand is that a lot of this is out of our control because of all the algorithms and all of the dopamine loops that we are fed.

And that's where you're getting these people who are three, four hours into just scrolling and don't know when to stop.
